from EPC contractor to infrastructure owner and operator.
The year reflects the capital-intensive nature of developing and
constructing clean energy infrastructure assets ahead of
commissioning and operational revenue generation, with continued
reinvestment into capability, capital deployment and BOO platform
development.
As Delorean expands its asset base and progresses development and
construction in its BOO portfolio, the Company is positioning itself to
deliver recurring, clean infrastructure-backed earnings from FY2027
onward.

̶ Delorean builds clean energy infrastructure at cost. The balance sheet records
the lower, net cost, which is the cost after deducting grants and tax incentives.
̶ Significant value increase post-commissioning, infrastructure can be potentially
revalued, strengthening Delorean’s balance sheet and providing headroom equity
for senior debt refinancing at the project level.
̶ 18 – 24 months construction to commissioning timeline limiting exposure to
higher-cost debt before refinancing with senior debt.
̶ DEL’s project funding is supported by significant State and Federal grants
(e.g., ARENA, QLD, NSW State Gov).
̶ Delorean’s Equity Contribution is supported by R&D tax refunds, working capital
on hand and capital raises
