FY2026 represents a foundational period in Delorean’s transition
from EPC contractor to infrastructure owner and operator.
The year reflects the capital-intensive nature of developing and
constructing clean energy infrastructure assets ahead of
commissioning and operational revenue generation, with continued
reinvestment into capability, capital deployment and BOO platform
development.
As Delorean expands its asset base and progresses development and
construction in its BOO portfolio, the Company is positioning itself to
deliver recurring, clean infrastructure-backed earnings from FY2027
onward.

DELOREAN IS BUILDING VALUE THROUGH STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN CLEAN ENERGY ASSETS
Commentary
• Receipts from customers and revenue declined following practical completion of ~$53M
YVW main construction part of contract, reflecting the transition from construction
activity to ongoing O&M operations.
• EBITDA and profit improved from the previous year due to income from R&D tax refund
and improved margins on the YVW contract. Results reflecting the transition to Build Own
Operate and completion of YVW main construction phase.
• Total gross assets grew as construction substantially advanced on the Delorean’s first
flagship BOO SA1 bioenergy plant.
• Cash position reduced and drawn debt increased following loan drawdowns to fund
construction of SA1 and development of project pipeline.
• R&D tax cash refund increased following lodgement of the refundable tax offset for FY25.
The FY26 R&D return is expected to generate a cash refund later in the calendar year.

• Renewable energy will play a key role in decarbonizing our energy systems in the
coming decades.
• Global biofuel production has grown seven-fold in the last 20 years
• Australia’s current measures are insufficient to achieve Net Zero by 2050,
according to the DCCEEW baseline scenario
• The Safeguard mechanism is driving demand for lower-carbon solutions, requiring
more than 200 largest industrial facilities (representing ~31% of Australia's total
emissions) to reduce emissions in line with Australia’s emission reduction targets

• Hard-to-abate industries including manufacturing, food processing, glass, mining and
chemicals will require practical alternatives to fossil natural gas to reduce Scope 1
emissions
• Renewable electricity has scaled rapidly over the past decade. Renewable gas represents
the next major opportunity to decarbonize Australia’s industrial energy demand
• Future policy development, including the 2026-27 Safeguard Mechanism review and
broader Net Zero implementation, are expected to further support the deployment of
renewable gas.
Long-Term Value Upside
25
SIGNIFICANT UPSIDE ACROSS THE PORTFOLIO
FEEDSTOCK – ORGANIC WASTE DIVERTED FROM LANDFILL
─ Australian governments are driving landfill diversion and circular economy targets
through policy reforms and rising waste levies
─ The national policy to halve the organics going to landfill
─ Australia produces over 47M tonnes p.a. of organic waste that is suitable for
bioenergy (food organics, harden organics, cereal residue, non-cereal residue, livestock
residue, horticulture residue)
─ DEL Projects have approvals in place to increase feedstock capacity at the Immediate
Projects
─ Shovel-ready NSW1 and VIC1 waste processing capacities of 120,000t p.a. (approved up
to 150,000t p.a.) and 54,000t p.a. (approved up to 71,300t p.a.), respectively
─ Phased development approach optimises capital allocation and allows for capacity
expansion once the plants are operating and feedstock supply is ‘proven up’
GREEN GAS – SIGNIFICANT BIOMETHANE DEMAND
─ Scope 1 Emissions Reporting (NGERS) is driving Australia’s demand for biomethane. The
Australian Government’s Future Gas Strategy recognises that natural gas will play a critical role
in Australia’s future energy mix.
─ ~400PJ¹ of unutilised feedstock recoverable for biomethane production
─ Australia consumes ~1,100,000 TJ p.a.² of natural gas; manufacturing accounts for 25% of
domestic gas demand
─ Biomethane is a scalable, drop-in renewable gas solution that can utilise existing
infrastructure and is commercially viable today
─ Opportunity to provide behind the meter gas and electricity supply
─ Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) from anaerobic digestion produces significantly lower lifecycle
emissions than fossil fuel natural gas, with abatement potential varying by the feedstock type.
─ Delorean is in active discussions with various counterparties to provide behind the meter gas
or electricity supply
FURTHER OPPORTUNITIES
─ Organic biofertiliser
- Digestate offtake is subject to approvals and relevant state government regulations
- Treatment of digestate is a proven (overseas) to create valuable dry or liquid
fertiliser, or for on-site irrigation
