ASX Announcement
DELOREAN AWARDED ADDITIONAL $1.66 MILLION ARENA GRANT FOR
SA1 SALISBURY FACILITY
Delorean Corporation Ltd ("Delorean" or "the Company") is pleased to announce it
has been awarded anadditional grant funding commitment of $1.66m exclusive of GST
under its existing grant funding agreement with the Australian Government’s
Australian Renewable Energy Agency ("ARENA") for the SA1 Salisbury bioenergy
facility, currently under construction in Edinburgh Parks, South Australia. This brings
total ARENA support for the project, provided under ARENA’s National Industrial
Transformation Program, to $7.74 million, from the previously awarded $6.08
million.
The additional funding reflects unanticipated project scope refinements identified after
execution of the original Funding Agreement and during progression into detailed design,
procurement and construction. These refinements include upgrades to the facility’s
biomethane production and gas injection systems, wastewater treatment infrastructure,
biogenic CO₂ recovery systems, and associated civil, engineering and compliance
requirements. The enhanced scope reflects evolving regulatory, technical and offtake
requirements that emerged during detailed design and project delivery. The ARENA grant
payments fund Delorean’s costs to support the facility’s ability to meet the Project objectives
to produce and upgrade biogas into mains-grade biomethane and biogenic CO₂.
Construction of the flagship Build-Own-Operate SA1 Salisbury project continues to progress,
bringing the Company closer to first renewable gas production and the delivery of long-term
environmental and economic benefits to South Australian industry.

About SA1 Salisbury Bioenergy Plant
The SA1 Salisbury Bioenergy plant is 100% Delorean Corporation owned and strategically
located in the Northern Adelaide Food Park in Edinburgh Parks (metropolitan Adelaide) in
South Australia on land owned by Delorean. The project is currently in construction.
Stage 1 of the project will process 70,000 tonnes per annum of organic waste streams for the
nominal production of up to 210 TJ per annum of renewable natural gas (biomethane)
exported to the Adelaide’s Gas network, under a gas offtake agreement to Australian Gas
Infrastructure Group (“AGIG”). In Stage 2 (potential future expansion), there is the potential
for extension to 125,000 tonnes per annum under the current development approval.
The SA1 Project will produce 6 different products and revenue streams, including Renewable
Natural Gas (Biogenic Methane), renewable food grade liquid CO2 (Biogenic LCO2), Carbon
Credits (ACCUs), Renewable Gas Guarantees of Origin (RGGOs), Liquid Fertilisers and Gate
Fees.
