Announcement PDF 29 May 2025 ASX Announcement CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY Delorean Corporation Limited (ASX: DEL) (“Delorean” or the “Company”) advises that Mr Aidan Flynn, Delorean’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Company Secretary effective today, replacing Mr David McArthur who has resigned from the position, effective today. The Board thanks Mr McArthur for his contribution to the Company in his capacity as Company Secretary. David remains as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Flynn is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX. Per Delorean’s announcement regarding Aidan Flynn’s appointment as CFO on 24th March 2025, confirming Aidan brings over 25 years of comprehensive financial experience, including 18 years in Chief Financial Officer roles and extensive ASX experience. Mr. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Science (Physics), a Post Graduate Diploma in Renewable Energy, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
