Proceeds from the Share Purchase Plan will support the next phase of Delorean's Build-Own-Operate (BOO) growth strategy. This includes advancing our nationally located renewable natural gas project portfolio toward construction, including the NSW1 project, and strengthening the balance sheet as SA1 progresses through its revenue ramp-up, and supporting general working capital requirements.

Eligible shareholders can invest up to $30,000 at the same terms as strategic investor. This is an opportunity to increase exposure ahead of SA1’s revenue ramp-up and the next phase of high-yielding BOO projects commencement.

SA1 Salisbury is Australia’s first commercial-scale bioenergy facility for the production of mains-grade biomethane and biogenic CO₂, with contracted offtake agreements in place with Tier-1 counterparties Origin Energy and Supagas. 

Delorean is advancing a $200M+ renewable natural gas portfolio, with NSW1 Horsley Park and VIC1 Stanhope shovel ready (subject to financial close), alongside four additional projects in its near-term development pipeline. 

The SPP provides shareholders with the opportunity to invest alongside LMS Energy as a strategic investor in the next phase of Delorean’s growth, and to capitalise on the Company’s NSW1 project underpinned by $30.5 million in State and Federal grants to support construction, co-located with Brickworks’ operations in Sydney, and secured by a 25-year biomethane offtake agreement.
